Diese Arbeit besteht zum wesentlichen Teil aus der Verpackungsschachtel meiner Digitalkamera. Die Schachtel wurde von mir bearbeitet und zu einer Lebendfalle für Tiere umgebaut. Gefüllt mit einigen Lebensmittelresten als Lockmittel, stellte ich das Objekt für eine Nacht lang im Freien ab.
Am nächsten Tag holte ich meine Installation wieder. Offenbar war ein Tier in die Falle gegangen. Das Tier konnte sich durch die Seitenwände aus Karton jedoch selbst befreien.
Essentially, this work consists of the boxing of my digital camera. I modified the boxing and converted it into a live trap for animals. Filled with food scraps as a bait, I left the object outdoors for one night.
I picked up my installation again on the next day. Obviously, an animal had walked into the trap. But the animal was able to free itself through the cardboard side walls.
