Die Arbeit „A Very Small Example“ entstand im Zuge der Einzelausstellung „Once I walked so far I lost my toenails“ im BB15 - Raum für Gegenwartskunst, in Linz.
Bei einem Aufenthalt in Tunesien, fing ich mit bloßer Hand eine Fliege und nahm sie in einem Plastikbecher gefangen, mit nach Linz. Im Ausstellungsraum des BB15, ließ ich das Tier wieder frei.

 

I created this intervention for the exhibition at  „Once I walked so far I lost my toenails“ at BB15 - Space for contemporary art - in Linz.
When I was in Tunisia, I caught a fly bare-handed and took it along to Linz trapped in a plastic cup. I released the insect again in the exhibition space of the BB15.
